And for the most part it's all the standard radio played out songs of Korn with Freak on a Leash leading the way. There is a major plus on this CD though, and that is there fantastic cover of Pink Floyd's Another Brick In The Wall (Parts 1, 2, 3)...Make sure if you get this album, you get the Digipack version though with DVD: Live At CBGB..... For the most part a fantastic CD, just a hard idea to get used too. If you like Korn like I do, go Buy it. Ray (TR Collectibles Plus/ Metalzone)

Want to find something made by someone famous of even a relitive. You can do it on ebay and have I got a story for you. Back in the height of the Roaring Twentys, my grandfather (Col. Chas. J. Dieges) was good friends with the legendary A.G. Spalding (who was one of pro-baseballs pioneers and a prolific sporting goods manufacturer). Mr. Spalding wanted my grandfather to produce five figural baseball trophies so magnificent that none would be better and that Mr. Spalding could sell through his seasonal catalogs. So my grandfather and his company (Dieges & Clust) set out to make five, of what is now considered, the most detailed, figural baseball trophies ever made. This sort of grandeur was typical for the Roaring Twentys but was brought to an abrupt halt due to the great depression (1929) and very few of these trophies were ever made. Other than personally attending New York auctions (a luxury I can not afford) how would you obtain one of these trophies - eBay! I found my Dieges & Clust, made for Spalding, Baseball Trophy on eBay. Also, I paid $2,500.00 for what was bringing $5,400.00 at the New York auctions. Additionally, I have bought well over a hundered medals & trophies made by my Grandfather's company...that would have been considered impossible to do before eBay came along. VIVA eBay! | Why you should buy Korn Greatest Hits Vol. 1
|

Korn has always been the source of much media attention for many different reasons, most controversial, but they have been recognized for there great talent more than once. In fact, every single album they have released has had more than a fare share of well deserved recognition for their now all too ripped off sound. When Korn entered the music scene their very low tuned guitars had a deep Metal sound that revolutionized a genre of music and made what was considered "Heavy Metal" from years before look like soft rock. Years later, they had a fanatical fan following and were recognized for their talent in the way they deserved. When Greatest Hits Vol. 1 was released, they had already had a dozen or so hit singles and several high grossing records. This album has the fan favorites and what is considered by the band to be their best musical productions. To me, it seems to be the most attractive album for those interested in becoming members of the ever growing Korn fan nation. I have nothing bad to say about anything in this collection, except that I feel the collection itself was a little short. I think it was missing a few tracks; some older jems and a few deserving tracks form "See You On the Other Side", but other than that, it was all around fantastic. All in all, It seems to me that this is thus far, the single greatest collection of Korn next to having every piece of musical splendor Korn has ever graced the world with on one disc.

I purchased this CD because I really like the songs, "Got the Life" and "Freak on a Leash"...I always purchase my CD's through e-bay because I can usually get it cheaper than purchasing it through a store or the internet... I got this one since it is the greatest hits cd...I was very excited when I received it and listened to the CD and found that "Make me bad" is one of my favorite songs!!! If you are considering purchasing a Korn CD, this is definately the one to get!

for real.korn has been a landmark and influence for any industrial group for years.they are not quite legends yet but they are on their way.there music is heavy and unapologetic.it is brash yet beautiful at times.the selections of the songs was appropriate for there careers to this point.some were kind of overdone but still yet signifcant.if you love korn this is a must have album.if you are a casual fan of industrial music or a heavier brand of music this is for you.it will definately keep you awake.what more can i say grab this one for sure.enjoy,jsun.
