Even then, I thought it was only for kids until my brother-in-law read it and highly recommended it. I decided to give it a go, and immediately, I was hooked. J.K. Rowling is an amazing author, her ability to capture her readers' attention and keep them enthralled is like no other. You can't go wrong with any of her books, highly recommend it. You won't regret it. | |

Recently I read the 1st book of the Harry Potter series and found it to be a different type of reading that I am used to. It was magical, whimsical, and "fun". I decided then to purchase more of the Harry Potter books so I could have them for my grandchildren. These books are excellent. | |

If you liked the movies you will gain so much more by reading the original books that they are based on. This collection has all the recent movies as well as the one to come. They all go into depth on alot of the happenings, a very interesting read, even for an adult! My stepson whom is turning 11 is also enthralled by the series, it truly is wonderful to see him interested in reading without having to be pushed! | |

I bought these books for a very special woman. I bought them for a marine that I have adopted.She is 19 years old and she is stationed in IRaq and one of the things that she missed about home were her Harry Potter books. So I purchased them and sent them to her in IRaq. Just a little something to help her feel at home while she is helping to serve our country.
