As to be expected, this is a very well written book that will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole read. The characters are gripping with the reader feeling for the wife in this story. Her unending support of her 'doomed' husband is very refreshing in this day and age of quick marriages, quick divorces, quick food, quick everything. Her continued support of her soulmate is so very romantic. The horror and grief that the killer put these families through is unbelievable with seemingly no remorse exhibited throughout the whole 20+ years. To think, he almost got away with it yet again is unbelievable. The anxiety and guilt this young girl lives with her whole life is hard to comprehend but very believable because of the situation this six year old found herself in the night of a tragedy. A person cannot help but be swept into the romance, tragedies, and 'CSI' type book this turns out to be. The ending is not all surprising but yet refreshing in its completeness. A must read for all fans. | |
