I hate E-bay because THEY SHOULD PAY ME FOR SOMETHING THAT I PAID AND DID NOT RECIEVE. This is utterly disgusting. I will never use Ebay again. I was a little wary in buying this edition because it had a different cover than the hardcover edition, but the text and illustrations and page numbers (and everything) are identical to the hardcover edition. I saved so much money. The textbook is well written and makes microbiology interesting and clear. | |

Contacted ebay about refund status, and now they are NOT responding to my emails! So needless to say I dont have my refund, and I had to buy the 8th edition which luckily was not a huge variation from the 9th edition. I will not buy from ebay again their refund procedure is a joke, I mean they actually say dont contact us because this may delay processing of your claim. Why is that? Does the email you send come in to them by a carrier pigeon? How does receiving an email delay anything? I have placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so they can explain to them why they wont answer emails or issue refunds for products sold on their website that they make money off of too!! | |

I had to purchase one from the book store on campus for an additonal $160.00. I have reported this to e-bay with no response. And now you are asking me how my purchase went!!! I have been ripped off!! This guy should not be allowed to sell through your company. This was my first and last purchase through e-bay. I will never purchase anything through e-bay again!!!!!!!I will probablly never receive my text book or my hard earned money. Arrived in time, and I've been using it all semester so far. I highly recommend buying this if you want to save a few bucks. | |
