To be fair, I had never bothered to read any of the other non-crime books coming out under his name, but I truly didn't imagine that this book would be worth anything -- even considering he wrote with Gabrielle Charbonnet. It was such a wonderful surprise to listen to such a beautiful love story. Not just a romance, but a love story. This is the kind of book that makes a woman wish that she had had the opportunity to experience such a love. Perhaps it would do the same for a man, but I couldn't say. I highly recommend this book. | |
