If you are a Christian, or thinking of becoming closer to the Lord, this is a must read. I have read the bible, studied it too, and read numerous books on religion and understanding of the Holy Trinity. Although this book is fiction, it reads like a non-fiction novel, and will open you eyes in ways you could never expect to happen in a lifetime of service to our Lord. I saw the author on a TV program and was intrigued with his personal testimony and how this book helps give many a new and comforting revelation of God's nature and character. I admit I did not really enjoy it and quit half way through. I probably have already worked through the issues he was dealing with and thus it did not speak to a need. Decided to purchase after being recommended from a family member. This book requires an open mind. But I also believe it shows what God can do if he chooses to in order to get his point across. Also shows the ultimate in forgiveness for others who have wronged us. | |
